Event Sponsor Agreement

 

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

$10,000   Event & Exhibition Title Sponsor:

  • Name and logo (if a business) will appear in:
    • large print on the Museum gallery wall throughout the exhibitions (Oct. 4, 2019 – Jan. 11, 2020)
    • all print collateral and advertising about the exhibitions and the Saints, Sinners & Spies Gala (advertisements, museum website)
    • Recognition across social media platforms
  • You will receive 10 event tickets and a reserved table for you and your guests. ($9,500 tax deduction with tickets).

$5,000   Event Benefactor:

  • Name and logo (if a business) will appear in:
    • On the Live Auction Paddles
    • All print collateral and advertising about the Saints, Sinners & Spies Gala (advertisements, museum website)
    • Recognition across social media platforms
  • You will receive 8 event tickets and a reserved table for you and your guests. ($4,600 tax deduction with tickets).

$3,000   Entertainment Sponsor:

  • Name and logo (if a business) will appear:
    • At the Entertainment Stage the night of the event
    • In all print collateral and advertising about the Saints, Sinners & Spies Gala (advertisements, museum website)
    • Recognition across social media platforms
  • You will receive 6 event tickets ($2,700 tax deduction with tickets).

$2,500   Event Station Sponsor:

  • Name and logo (if a business) will appear:
    • At the event station of your choosing the night of the event – Event Station Options include: Valet, Bar, Desserts
    • In all print collateral and advertising about the Saints, Sinners & Spies Gala (advertisements, museum website)
    • Recognition across social media platforms
  • You will receive 6 event tickets ($2,200 tax deduction with tickets).

$1,000   Event Patron:

  • Name and logo (if a business) will appear:
    • In all print collateral and advertising about the Saints, Sinners & Spies Gala (advertisements, museum website)
    • Recognition across social media platforms
  • You will receive 4 event tickets ($800 tax deduction with tickets).

$500   Event Supporter: 

  • Name and logo (if a business) will appear
    • on the Museum website and social media
  • You will receive 2 event tickets ($400 tax deduction with tickets)

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

Sponsorship at all levels offers the opportunity to be a presenter of a work of art from a list of fabulous auction items.  Your name, logo, and a link to your company’s website will be included next to a photo of the work of art you choose on the Museum website’s Saints, Sinners & Spies page, which promotes the event and showcases the donated works of art several weeks in advance.   Your name will also appear next to that work of art at the silent auction.

In July, we will invite you to visit the Saints, Sinners & Spies web page and select the work of art you wish to present.
